शेयर बाजार एक ऐसी जगह है जहां कंपनियां अपने शेयर की खरीद और बिक्री के लिए सूचीबद्ध होती हैं, भारत में हमारे पास दो ऐसे स्थान हैं जिन्हें बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज के नाम से जाना जाता है। ये दो एक्सचेंज मुंबई (महाराष्ट्र राज्य) में हैं।शेयर क्या है?
शेयर एक कंपनी की कुल बाजार पूंजी का एक हिस्सा है। मान लें कि एक्स कंपनी एक्सचेंज में सूचीबद्ध है और उसके पास १० रुपये मूल्य के कुल १०० शेयर हैं। इसका मतलब है कि कंपनी की कुल बाजार पूंजी 100x10 = 1000 रुपये है। अब कंपनी के प्रमोटर के पास उसके पास 50 शेयर हैं लेकिन बाकी 50 शेयर व्यापार के लिए बाजार में हैं। तो अब इन 50 शेयरों का शेयर बाजार में कारोबार किया जा सकता है जहां खुदरा विक्रेता या कोई अन्य, कंपनी का हिस्सा खरीद सकता है। प्रमोटर भी बाजार में अपना हिस्सा बेच या खरीद सकता है।क्या कोई फुटकर विक्रेता इसमें शेयर खरीद या बेच सकता है?
हाँ रिटेलर, ब्रोकर के माध्यम से अपना ट्रेडिंग और डीमैट खाता खोलकर एक्सचेंज में शेयर खरीद या बेच सकता है।What is the stock market?
Stock market is a place where companies get their shares listed for buying and selling, in India we have two such places which are known as Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. These two exchanges are in Mumbai (Maharashtra state).
What is share?
Shares are a portion of a company's total market capitalization. Let's say company X is listed on the exchange and has a total of 100 shares worth Rs 10. This means that the total market capital of the company is 100x10 = 1000 rupees. Now the promoter of the company has 50 shares in it but the remaining 50 shares are in the market for trading. So now these 50 shares can be traded in the stock market where the retailer or anyone else, can buy the share of the company. The promoter can also sell or buy his share in the market.
Can a retailer buy or sell shares in it?
Yes, the retailer can buy or sell shares on the exchange by opening his own trading and demat account through the broker.
